PROPHETIC SIGNS OF THE END DOCUMENTED!
Greetings everyone in these last days. I thought it was time to share with
you a prophecy that is being fulfilled right before our eyes on a daily
basis...
Luke 21:25-27, "And there shall be signs in the sun, and in the moon, and
in
the stars; and upon the earth distress of nations, with perplexity; the sea
and the waves roaring; Men's hearts failing them for fear, and for
looking
after those things which are coming on the earth: for the powers of heaven
shall be shaken. And then shall they see the Son of man coming in a
cloud
with power and great glory."
Let's break this prophecy down a bit.

THE SUN SHALL BE DARKENED

Matthew 24:29
Immediately after the tribulation of those days shall the sun be darkened,
and the moon shall not give her light, and the stars shall fall from heaven,
and the powers of the heavens shall be shaken:
Almost every Christian I share this particular prophecy with is unaware that
it has already been recorded as fulfilled. Notice the following documented
facts concerning the day Sun in the sky stopped shining...

Timothy Dwight, president of Yale, remembered that "a very general
opinion
prevailed, that the day of judgment was at hand. The [Connecticut] House of
Representatives, being unable to transact business, adjourned," but the
Council lighted candles, preferring, as a member said, "to be found at
work

... If every luminous body in the universe had been shrouded in impenetrable
shades, or struck out of existence, the darkness could not have been more
complete. A sheet of white paper held within a few inches of the eyes was

The remarkable Dark Day of May 19, 1780, is described by Samuel Williams of
Harvard, The professor relates... "between the hours of ten and eleven
a.m.,
and continued until the middle of the next night,... Candles were lighted up
in houses; ... the birds having sung their evening songs, disappeared, and
became silent;... the fowls retired to roost; ... the cocks were crowing all
around, as at the break of day; ... objects could not be distinguished but
at a very little distance; and everything bore the appearance and gloom of

W A S H I N G T O N, Nov. 10 The sun will greet the new millennium
by
turning angry, erupting into the most active part of its 11-year cycle with
outbursts of energy that can threaten satellites, electrical power and
spacewalking astronauts. Officials at the National Oceanic and Atmospheric
Administration said today the approaching solar storm could be more
destructive than previous cycles because the Earth has more power grids and
satellites that might be affected. There are bigger power grids, drawing
more power now so the power companies are more vulnerable, said D. James
Baker, the NOAA administrator. There are also 600 satellites, more than ever
in history, that also might be affected, said Baker. This year, though, the
power companies and satellite operators will be better prepared than ever,
he said.
> SPACECRAFT FINDS SOLAR TORNADOES AS WIDE AS EARTH

PARIS (Reuters) -- Vast solar tornadoes, nearly as wide as the Earth and
gusting at up to 300,000 mph, have been discovered by the European Space
Agency's SOHO spacecraft, the agency said in a new report. SOHO, which
carries 12 sets of solar observation instruments provided by European and
U.S. researchers, was launched into space on December 2, 1995, aboard a U.S.
National Aeronautics and Space Administration rocket. It began its
scientific operations in April 1996, and ESA and NASA recently decided to
extend its mission to 2003 The extension will enable SOHO to observe dark
sunspots on the sun's surface, which are expected to peak around the year
2000. Solar storms during the last sunspot peak in 1989-91 caused power
failures in Canada and Sweden, made some computers crash and destroyed or
damaged several satellites, ESA said.

Do we as a Church need anymore signs in the Sun? I truly believe that most
of His Church is aware here that, no, these signs are sufficient. But there
are those of us that may still carry a glimmer of doubt deep within our
hearts. So, the Lord, in all His merciful love for us, continues in His
mission to bring to light the truth that is in His prophecy. He doesn't stop
at signs in the Sun. He knows human nature and how it can come to
complacency in the day by day humdrum activities. He knows how we grow old
in our excitement rather quickly. He knows how we have a tendency to murmur
even if manna would fall from the sky. He blesses us with even more evidence
of His soon return. He gives us signs in the Moon as well...

THE MOON WILL NOT GIVE HER LIGHT

We see here that the prophecy states that the moon will not give her light,
but I like looking to the book of Joel to further illustrate this prophecy.
Joel actually explains why the moon will not give her light and shine in her
normal brilliance.
Joel 2:31
The sun shall be turned into darkness, and the moon into blood, before the
great and terrible day of the LORD come.
We see why in the book of Joel that the moon will have trouble shining on
that day. It will appear to look as if it's covered in blood. This isn't the
only reason I went to this particular verse. The reference to the bloody
appearance is an important aspect in this prophecy. The Lord knew man would
see the moon and comment on its apparent shade of crimson!

The moon was at it's full, and had the appearance of blood. Stone's History
of Massachusetts "There was an appearance of midnight at noonday,"
and in the evening,
although the moon was just past full, "perhaps it was never darker since
the
children of Israel left the house of bondage." In connection with this
extraordinary phenomenon the moon was reported to appear red. (Letter signed
"Viator" in the Independent Chronical [Boston], May 25, 1780, p.2;

THE STARS SHALL FALL FROM HEAVEN

An eyewitness reported "This language of the prophet has always been
received as metaphorical. Yesterday it was literally fulfilled,... as no man
before yesterday had conceived to be possible that it should be fulfilled...
Were I to hunt through nature for a simile, I could not find one so apt to
illustrate the appearance of the heavens as that which St. John uses in the
prophecy... They were what the world understands by the name of "Falling
Stars" -Eyewitness account in the New York Journal of Commerce, vol.8,
no.534, Saturday, Nov 16,1833 Edition.
"The morning of November 13th, 1833," says an eyewitness, a Yale
astronomer,
"was rendered memorable by an exhibition of the phenomenon called
shooting
stars, which was probably more extensive and magnificent than any similar
one hitherto recorded... Probably no celestial phenomenon has ever occurred
in this country since its first settlement, which was viewed with so much
admiration and delight by one class of spectators, or with so much
astonishment and fear by another class." -DENISON OLMSTED in The American

"From the Gulf of Mexico to Halifax, until daylight with some difficulty
put
an end to the display, the sky was scored in every direction with shining
tracks and illuminated with majestic fireballs. At Boston, the frequency of
meteors was estimated to be about half that of flakes of snow in an average
snowstorm... Traced backwards, their paths were invariably found to converge

Frederick Douglas, in reminiscing about his early days of slavery, says:
"I
witnessed this gorgeous spectacle, and was awe-struck. The air seemed filled
with bright messengers from the sky... I was not without the suggestion at
the moment that it might be the harbringer of the coming of the Son of Man;
and in my then state of mind I was prepared to hail Him as my friend and
deliverer. I had read that "the stars shall fall from heaven, and they
were
now falling." -Life and Times of Frederick Douglass (1941 ed.), p.117.
> LEONID METEOR SHOWER STARTS SLOW, COULD BE MOST SPECTACULAR IN 33 YEARS
Professional and amateur star watchers worldwide early Wednesday were
viewing the annual Leonid meteor shower, which is predicted to put on its
best show since 1966. NASA reported counting up to 40 meteors per hour by
mid-evening Tuesday, but later the count trailed off to 10 to 15. A peak of
more than 2,000 an hour is hoped for. The shower's opening salvo prompted
panicked reports of fireballs and plane crashes in the Midwest region of the
United States. Authorities told callers not to worry. -CNN.com
> Y2K METEOR BLAST
The Quadrantids, one of the year's most intense and least observed meteor
showers, peaks on January 4, 2000. : If you're the type of person who enjoys
a bit of arctic chill on a moonlit winter night, then the 2000 Quadrantid
meteor shower could be for you. The shower stretches from Dec. 28, 1999 to
Jan. 7, 2000, with a sharp maximum on Jan. 4 at 0530 UT (00:30 EST) when as
many as 200 shooting stars per hour might be seen. The peak occurs just a
few days after the phase of the Moon is new. That means the sky will be
dark, and viewing conditions should be excellent. No matter where you live,
the best time to watch will be between midnight and 6 am local time on the

(2) Distress of nations

Do I need to comment here on the amount of wars in the last few years? Need
I comment on the massive amount of distress in nations from crime, poverty,
drought, wars, population, employment, economy, etc? I didn't think so. Our
day by day media blood baths are quite sufficient evidence that yes, the
nations are indeed in a constant state of distress.

I am sure most reading are aware of the rather strange Hurricane season we
have just had. But were you also aware that it was still active in mid
December? Notice this DECEMBER 14th Cyclone...
> POWERFUL STORM LASHES NORTHWESTERN AUSTRALIA
The Associated Press -Dec. 14, 1999
PERTH, Australia (AP) - Packing wind gusts of up to 185 mph, the most
powerful cyclone ever recorded in Australia lashed the northwestern coast
Wednesday, damaging homes, forcing evacuations and ripping up trees.
There
were no immediate reports of injury. Cyclone John moved over land near the
tiny community of Whim Creek early Wednesday morning, bringing driving rains
and powerful gusts that caused power outages and drove hundreds of people
from their homes.
Bureau of Meteorology forecaster Brian Bowase said it was
"unequivocally"
the strongest to Australia since the government began keeping records.
"We're looking at winds of almost 300 kilometers (185 miles) an hour and
quite frankly, that's bloody unbelievable," he said, referring to the
gusts.
The bureau declared the cyclone a category-five, the most powerful.
Telephone service was knocked out in Whim Creek, 750 miles north of the
Western Australia state capital, Perth. The storm was heading south
southeast at 8 mph. Storm surges of up to 20 feet were expected to cause
heavy flooding in sparsely populated low-lying costal regions, the State
Emergency Services warned. Two evacuations centers were set up in the town
of Karratha. Jim McDougall, assistant manager at the Mercure Inn in
Karratha, said palm fronds had begun to blow off trees and the rain was
coming in horizontally. "No one has been through one this big. I
just hope
the roof stays on," he said. "There's not much you can do,
just wait it
out." Kevin Richards, a top Karratha city official, compared the strong
winds battering the town to the sound of "a never-ending freight
train."
Roofs had been damaged, trees uprooted and power lines were down, Richards
said. "They have had a very lucky escape," he said. "I
guess they could
think Christmas has come early for them."
> HURRICANE LENNY ON BRINK OF CATEGORY 5 STRENGTH
Hurricane Lenny grew stronger Wednesday, with winds nearing 145 mph (230
km/h) as it swept past St. Croix in the U.S. Virgin Islands. At 10 p.m. EST,
the
National Hurricane Center said Lenny was located about 70 miles (115 km)
west-southwest of St. Maarten in the northeast Caribbean. As Lenny battered
St. Croix, the storm ripped off roofs, hurled boats onto shore and knocked out
power to 40,000 people in the islands. Torrential rains also caused heavy

An unusual November tornado ripped apart homes, toppled trees and injured at
least 10 people in eastern Pennsylvania. Some 1,800 customers still had no

Anne Jackson. "There are washers across the street, clothes all over the

Sure the sea waves are roaring and the sky's are whirling, but are there
floods churning as well?
> DRAMATIC THINNING OF ARCTIC ICE FOUND
Scientists analyzing decades of data from Arctic Sea ice recently reported a
significant reduction in the thickness of the ice during the last decade.
The scientists found a decrease in sea ice all across the Arctic Ocean and
that
corresponds to previously reported evidence that the Arctic climate is
warming, according to Dr. D. Andrew Rothrock of the University of Washington
and
colleagues. A report on the data will be published in the December 1 issue
of Geophysical Research Letters. -CNN.com

> WORST FLOODING IN FRANCE FOR SIX DECADES KILLS 27

The death toll from the violent floods that have ravaged three departments
in south-western France rose to 27 yesterday, amid tales of heroism and
stubborn survival and three family tragedies. ...There were fears last
night that the death toll might still grow. Nine people were reported
missing in the Aude alone. ...The floods also caused widespread damage and
two deaths in the department of Pyrenees Orientales, but the water was said
to be receding yesterday afternoon. In the Tarn and the Aude departments,
however, villages were still cut off by floodwater, and heavy falls of rain
were forecast overnight. The floods, said to be the worst for at least
60
years, overwhelmed river banks and dikes on Friday in a matter of minutes.
The Environment Minister, Dominique Voynet, said the floods were a
"natural
catastrophe" but the heavy rainfall could not alone explain the speed and

> VIETNAM FLOOD TOLL TOPS 500
Helicopters and trucks filled with emergency supplies began pushing further
into devastated parts of central Vietnam on Monday as the death toll from
the region's worst floods in a century hit 527. Forecasters have predicted
better weather for the region over the next few days, although light rain was
expected to fall in some of the worst-hit provinces. Official media on Monday
said
water levels were falling but that large numbers of people were still hungry
and
in danger of getting sick. -CNN.com (Reuters)

A week after rains unleashed devastating floods, the relief effort in
Venezuela has shifted to recovering bodies, avoiding epidemics and finding

150,000 people. Up to 30,000 are feared dead in the floods and mudslides.
The disaster is likely to rank among Latin America's worst of the century. The
government plans to build houses on publicly owned land so disaster victims

Yet in other parts of the world we see droughts?

Yes we are now witnessing prophetic fulfillments on almost a daily basis
across the Globe. Not a week goes by without at least one, two or even three
prophetic events coming to fulfillment. Yet, the World moves on in what
appears to be a catatonic state oblivious of what is transpiring before
their eyes! And what saddens me almost to the point of anger is MANY
Preachers choose to ignore that which is happening as well! Why? Their
pocketbooks have become the heart of their souls, and their treasures have
been exchanged for those that rust and corrode! They would rather preach
prosperity from their pulpits so as to assure the pews stay warm and the
plates stay filled. They preach "CELEBRATION" so as to entertain the
Bride
into blindness. Sad, yes... and what makes it even more heartwrenching is
that many commandment keeping men of God are among the ranks of these. Yes,
the 10 virgins are indeed stirring, and 5 are already dangerously low on
Oil.

(4) Men's hearts failing for fear

JUST WHY DO YOU THINK THE NATIONS ARE SO FEARFUL?
Take everyday life in this nation alone. Have you ever feared death from a
stray bullet in a drive by shooting? Ask anyone living in a big city about
this fact of life. There is even some degree of fear for those of us with a
mere headache because of the Tylenol poisonings of a few years back. Our own
children must deal with fear in many degrees by just going to school. Will
they be pressured by a bigger kid into taking drugs? Will one of their
teachers molest them? No longer is the classroom bully a mere childhood fact
of growing up for some. Now the class bully is a gun carrying lunatic with
no regard for human life. There is even fear in traveling to the corner
market in our family cars. Will we die in a head-on collision by a drunk who
crosses into our lane doing 90, or will we become part of a hostage
situation once we get to the corner market because some crazed manic
depressive doesn't have the money to buy his children Christmas presents? IT
IS PLAINLY PROPHESIED, "This know also, that in the last days perilous
times
shall come." -2 Timothy 3:1
A few articles to further confirm that which is written. Men's hearts ARE
failing them for fear. And here are but a few reasons why...
U.S. News and World Report, in it's March 16, 1992 issue, reported that
THREE nuclear weapons from Azerbaijan, the Muslim state of the Soviet Union,
had "disappeared"? Russian nuclear specialists had shown up in
Teheran, and
those three missing nuclear weapons had actually been sold by the
cash-starved Soviets to IRAN!
U.S. News and World Report, Covering a meeting of NATO leaders, Reported
that THREE MORE nuclear weapons had disappeared from Soviet arsenals... and
they knew that they had also been sold to third world countries!
Do you suppose this would cause some nations to experience fear to some
extent? Of course it will. These nations are now looking at possible
annihilation from their previous not so tough enemies. It doesn't seem fair
does it? But this is not about fairness is it? It's about prophetic FACT!
The prophecy is that "Men's hearts will be failing them for fear"
and this
is EXACTLY what is occurring. Everyone knows that almost every single weapon
ever built has been used at one time or another, and now these supremely
deadly weapons are being wielded by the itchy trigger fingers of middle
eastern madmen.
C.E.M. Joad, a Cambridge University Scholar once said..."There has never
been a weapon made that hasn't been used."
PLUS.. the Y2K paranoia did in fact boil up to a frenzy did it not? This
ministry has been preaching for months that "panic" would begin to
grow from
the date of DECEMBER 27th. It wasn't until the November 29th
"confirmation"
that this ministry made it public concerning a "dream/vision" I
received in
1986 regarding the events of last week. I shared this in this newsletter ~

And as we see by watching
the media, this is indeed the case. Since this date I have seen more and
more articles of Y2K related panic beginning in all corners of the globe. A
few of the "articles headlines" are listed below to give you an idea
as to
just how much panic did in fact ensue from Dec 27th ~ on. But did you
realize this? THE WHOLE WORLD came together for a single cause! They whole
world came together in "fixing" the Y2K situation. Will this
"coming
together" be used against us by the power hungry men of Government? Bet
on
it! Just as Clinton has been bludgeoning us over the head for the past year
about the tragedy at Columbine for the sake of "gun control." You
can bet
the Pope as well as the US to use this "Y2K coming together" to
their
advantage as well.
Before I share with you the Headlines that prove the world PaNiCkEd over the
past week. There's one more prophecy I would like to share with you all.
IT IS WRITTEN...
Matthew 24:7, "...and there shall be famines, and pestilences, and
earthquakes, in divers places."
Famines and pestilences we are very sorely aware of I am sure. But to better
refresh your memory I will share two quick articles anyway...
In Ethiopia upwards of 4.5 million people, more than four times the number
wiped out by the great famine of 1984-85, may starve this year if food
relief is not provided--and soon. In Sudan, where as many as a quarter of a
million people died of hunger in 1987-88, the most dire estimates suggest
that 3 million could suffer the same fate by the middle of this decade. Once
again the world may see those sickening images: skeletal children too weak
to swat away the flies that swarm around their eyes; old people slumped
against herding sticks, too weary to take another step. TIME Jan. 22,1990

...at least 6 million people live at the brink of starvation. Relief workers
expect that almost a million Ethiopians may die this year alone in what
could become "the worst human disaster in recent history." After ten
years
of drought and civil war, twelve of the country's 14 provinces have been
laid waste by a famine of biblical proportions. More than 40% of the
country's 42 million people are malnourished, and 2.2 million have left
their homes to wander in search of food. TIME Nov. 26,1984 art. ETHIOPIA The
Land of the Dead
Saddening indeed. And as I am sure you are aware, poverty increases the
likelihood of pestilences and even plagues. And again, I would venture to
guess that most recall the plagues running rampant in these impoverished
areas as well.
I would like to bring your attention to this prophetic fact now.
EARTHQUAKES! We have seen a graphic surge in Earthquakes in the last few
years, not to mention the last few weeks! Some say "We've always had
earthquakes." True... But we only had 21 major quakes in the history of
the
world before the 1900's that killed more than 10,000 people at a time.

Again, 21 earthquakes, however these 21 quakes didn't occur over the course
of many hundreds of years. NO, they occurred in just 84 years! (1906 - 1990)
That's an average of 0.4 earthquakes per year that have killed more than
10,000 men, women, and children! That's 200 times more earthquakes in 84
years than in all of the recorded 1370 previous years of quakes! The record
books don't lie. I actually deleted over 35 quakes from the years 1906 and
on, because they were under 10,000 deaths each! Many were over 1,000 2,000
and even 6,000 people dead! Plus, I didn't update this list to even mention
the recent quakes. Do you recall the thousands killed in Turkey? TWICE in
one month? The Lord is not to be taken lightly. The prophecy stated the
earthquakes would increase, and as we see so evidently... they have!
