Due to emails to this ministry about the title of this Newsletter, I must make it clear that I am NOT saying the Mark of the Beast is an ID CARD.

The global ID will be needed to give the authorities the necessary powers to enforce the mark.

Christian greetings in these last days of life on earth. Sorry I’m late with this newsletter. Personal situations prevented my getting it out sooner. I didn’t want to rush it and send it out last week as the content is rather extreme.

Before sharing the FIRST article about the National ID cards… Let’s see what they call the REAL ID card has to offer shall we? This is in fact the card they will use as a national ID card in the USA. Oh… and by the way, I just found out a few weeks ago that the Philippines, as well as Britain and a few other European nations are either using, or on the way to using national ID cards. With that said… what is this ID card all about?

What's all the fuss with the Real ID Act about?
President Bush is expected to sign an $82 billion military spending bill soon that will, in part, create electronically readable, federally approved ID cards for Americans. The House of Representatives overwhelmingly approved the package--which includes the Real ID Act--on Thursday

Now.. how does a military spending bill entail a National ID? I’ll get to that later…

What does that mean for me?
Starting three years from now, if you live or work in the United States, you'll need a federally approved ID card to travel on an airplane, open a bank account, collect Social Security payments, or take advantage of nearly any government service. Practically speaking, your driver's license likely will have to be reissued to meet federal standards.

The Real ID Act hands the Department of Homeland Security the power to set these standards and determine whether state drivers' licenses and other ID cards pass muster. Only ID cards approved by Homeland Security can be accepted "for any official purpose" by the feds.

For those of us that understand prophecy, do you see what this entails? The mark of the beast will first be enforced by preventing people the ability to buy and sell. Now yes I know they can do this today already by simply making a few phone calls to turn off all your credit cards and lock up your bank accounts. Problem is, that could take anywhere from 8 to 24 hours to shut off ALL your access to cash. However, with this new ID card your finances can be tagged in the national system and completely turned off and within just a few seconds. That means ANYWHERE you try to buy and sell anything they will already have you blackballed globally.

Now I know this seems like a major intrusion in your personal privacy. But do you recall how the American people refused to go along with the Government’s desire to put armed Marshals on American airplanes? And then directly after 911 the American people were begging for Marshals? Fear moves the masses with ease people. Hitler used this well in his day, and today’s governing powers have learned to use it effectively as well.

So.. will there be another attack of some sort right after the ID cards are made ready for distribution? Time will tell. As far as I can tell, the American people DON’T want this now. Seeing how the corrupt officials in DC want this to come to reality, and seeing how the prophecy confirms it will, they may do as they did back on 911 to steer the masses into acceptance.

How will I get one of these new ID cards?
You'll still get one through your state motor vehicle agency, and it will likely take the place of your drivers' license. But the identification process will be more rigorous.

For instance, you'll need to bring a "photo identity document," document your birth date and address, and show that your Social Security number is what you had claimed it to be. U.S. citizens will have to prove that status, and foreigners will have to show a valid visa

State DMVs will have to verify that these identity documents are legitimate, digitize them and store them permanently. In addition, Social Security numbers must be verified with the Social Security Administration.

Ok.. how many of us recall how the American people baulked at the social security card when it first came out? Sure.. most of us don’t recall that being too young and all, but History records it quite well. When the people complained about it the United States Government decided to reassure the people it would not be used as a method of ID. In fact, when I got my SS # as a youth, it was printed right there on the card itself that this number was not to be used of ID purposes. I still have my original card and it still has it printed underneath the area to sign it that it is not to be used for ID! Did the government lie? Today, try to open a bank account.. get a credit card.. or even get married with out your SS#. Every US Citizen has been numbered, and now that this new ID card is on the horizon we are primed and ready for big brother to turn on or turn off our livelihood at will. No matter… my Bible says in.. Isaiah 33:16 that, "He shall dwell on high: his place of defence shall be the munitions of rocks: bread shall be given him; his waters shall be sure." So they can turn off ALL the money in my life all they like. If my God can feed over 1 million people in a desert for 40 years where even the sole on their shoes never wore out, he can most assuredly feed and care for the Remnant of God for the few months these power crazed men of Satan want to flex their muscles.

What's going to be stored on this ID card?
At a minimum: name, birth date, sex, ID number, a digital photograph, address, and a "common machine-readable technology" that Homeland Security will decide on. The card must also sport "physical security features designed to prevent tampering, counterfeiting, or duplication of the document for fraudulent purposes."

Homeland Security is permitted to add additional requirements--such as a fingerprint or retinal scan--on top of those. We won't know for a while what these additional requirements will be.

How convenient eh? We won’t know until the last minute when no one has a snowballs chance in a furnace to lobby against such suggestions as fingerprinting or retinal scans. Why not DNA? I’m sure that will make an appearance if the Lord tarries much longer. And did you notice, they stated that “AT MINIMUM” this is what the cards will have within them. Can you guess what else? Names of relatives to make it easier to pressure them if you’re on the run? Or names of your employers? Teachers? Friends? Seriously, with today’s technology you can get the entire Encyclopedia with pictures intact into a memory chip half the size of a postage stamp and just as thin. In other words, the sky’s the limit!

Some of you may be wondering what they meant by the term "common machine-readable technology" in that article. What that entails is the card must be designed in a uniform manner. Not like present day ID cards and driver’s licenses. For example, if someone from Arizona was puller over in Indiana the police officer would be unable to scan their card with a computer. Both states use different methods of ID. With “common machine-readable technology” ALL ID cards will be manufactured in the exact same manner. It isn't going to make a difference what state you’re in, or what country for that matter. They may “look” different in different countries, but the magnetic strip or RFID chip will have all the data universally recognizable. I personally don’t see them using the printed barcode approach to store ID data. Reason being, everytime something changes in the data, they will have to print a new ID card. With magnetic strips or RFID chips they can alter the data at will.

As I mentioned in the beginning, how was this ID card allowed to snake its way through the process without so much as a peep from the American people? Well, strangely enough, they do in fact answer that question in this article...

The question is… Why did these ID requirements get attached to an "emergency" military spending bill?
Because it's difficult for politicians to vote against money that will go to the troops in Iraq and tsunami relief. The funds cover ammunition, weapons, tracked combat vehicles, aircraft, troop housing, death benefits, and so on.

That’s right, believe it or not some of the politicians don’t want the ID card. But the president KNOWS they don’t have a problem spending money on the troops. So he hijacks the bill with the ID card and viola! He’s got his new toy. Why do we the American people allow this? Isn’t this illegal? How is it possible to attach to a bill something that has nothing to do with the other? Aren’t there laws against such deceptions? This is very easily seen as an illegal and immoral act is it not? Why doesn’t anyone get off their couches to complain? Could it be the dumbing down of America Syndrome? Could it be the MSG’s and other mind altering preservatives in the food? Or how about the meat industry injecting all those animals with every chemical known to man that have been proven time and time again to directly affect the brains of humans? Is it any wonder people have become so complacent? Is it any wonder people are sitting on their couches waiting for the other guy to do something about all this? This “planned” stupor compiled with the Television’s ability to hypnotize the masses into drones has made for an easy and “peaceful” takeover of the world at large.

They said the ID card will be electronically readable. What does that mean?
The Real ID Act says federally accepted ID cards must be "machine readable," and lets Homeland Security determine the details. That could end up being a magnetic strip, enhanced bar code, or radio frequency identification (RFID) chips.

In the past, Homeland Security has indicated it likes the concept of RFID chips. The State Department is already going to be embedding RFID devices in passports, and Homeland Security wants to issue RFID-outfitted IDs to foreign visitors who enter the country at the Mexican and Canadian borders. The agency plans to start a yearlong test of the technology in July at checkpoints in Arizona, New York and Washington state.

Think of it. Your new ID card will be interconnected across the nation, and that nation is globally interconnected as well making travel impossible as well as purchasing plane tickets, fuel, food or any other item once they flick the switch. There is no way on this earth they will be able to remove the ability to buy and sell on a global basis without this card! This card MUST be put in place!

The Drivers license’s of today can’t give the power to the corrupt officials like this National ID card can. One swipe of your card on the day you receive it, and you’re in the system. Then as soon as they realize you’re refusing to go along with the Roman Catholic mandate of Sunday Laws, one quick push of a computer keypad and instantly across the globe your card is blackballed with instructions on alerting the officials of your location the moment you try to use it. And don’t think you’ll be able to use cash anymore. That will be outlawed so as to stop the counterfeiters.. or so they say. There have been many books as well as articles and websites written where they have shared documented proof the CIA is in fact involved in massive counterfeiting rings around the world so as to ensure a cashless society will be the end result. It’s really that easy folks. All they need to do is fabricate a need and they will have their toy.

By the way, I want to make it painfully clear that the ID card isn’t the real culprit here. In a world filled with wars and rumors of wars, nations need a way to protect itself. What I am against is the way they fabricated the need as well as the way they plan to use the cards to weed out the trouble makers. In previous Newsletters as well as Radio broadcasts I have alerted to the reality that this New World Order is based on Communism. Their theology is that the individual no longer has a say. It is now the nation that stands supreme. The individual must comply with whatever is good for the nation as a whole. Both Hitler and Stalin agreed with this method as does the Present Pope of the day.

Communism is evil no matter how much the New World Order pushers say to the contrary. It is the ultimate community over the individual. What’s good for the community is what rules the person. If you as a person upset the order, it is better for you to die then the whole community to suffer loss. Now read the following quote from quite a few years ago that touches on this topic…

Their main excuse to kill our Lord was that He should die so that the NATION as a whole wouldn’t perish. That is the ultimate communistic ideal! This is exactly what both Ratzigner and the person quoted above are saying.

Once this card is in effect, every gas station, convenient food mart, emergency room, or department store will know you are blackballed once you try to use your required card. At that time, your location is electronically displayed on every local cops computer monitor in his car. Within minutes they will be on you like white on rice!

So.. where will you get your food? And water? Again, Isaiah 33:16 does in fact says, "He shall dwell on high: his place of defence shall be the munitions of rocks: bread shall be given him; his waters shall be sure." Our God is who they fight against when these laws are passed! It is His law they mock! Our God will fight for us as He has always done in Biblical times. What a glorious time to be alive! We are actually those people the prophecy describes when speaking of the end time church!

By the way… Isaiah 54:17 also says, "No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper; and every tongue that shall rise against thee in judgment thou shalt condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the LORD, and their righteousness is of me, saith the LORD."

Even if they don’t approve it, which I think they will, the prophecy is sure. Still.. will a fulfillment as blunt as this wake some up? Yes it will.. but many will stay ignore the obvious.

Is this a national ID card?
It depends on whom you ask. Barry Steinhardt, director of the American Civil Liberties Union's technology and liberty program, says: "It's going to result in everyone, from the 7-Eleven store to the bank and airlines, demanding to see the ID card. They're going to scan it in. They're going to have all the data on it from the front of the card...It's going to be not just a national ID card but a national database."

At the moment, state driver's licenses aren't easy for bars, banks, airlines and so on to swipe through card readers because they're not uniform; some may have barcodes but no magnetic stripes for instance, and some may lack both. Steinhardt predicts the federalized IDs will be a gold mine for government agencies and marketers. Also, he notes that the Supreme Court ruled last year that police can demand to see ID from law-abiding U.S. citizens.

Now that I think about it… all your credit cards will be added to this card making it oh so convenient! Kinda reminds me of those old movies where you have the Communist officials asking for your papers, doesn’t it. No matter what you’re doing, strolling down a street, walking your dog, or going to the corner market, they can now ask you to prove you are an American citizen. I have no doubt they will have a constant “changing of the guards” so as to make sure the people are constantly reminded of who the boss is and how they must comply. If you keep the same guy on the job you will run the risk of him becoming “familiar” with the locals. So, they must keep a revolving door of new guards that have no idea who you are, or if you’ve been “checked out” by the guard he just replaced.

Keep in mind that this article was dated May 6. This next one is dated just 5 days later. I received it after I started to compile this newsletter. For those of you that read SOP.. was it not predicted the last fulfillments would be rapid ones?

Senate Passes Real ID: National ID Card On Its Way

The Senate has passed the Real ID bill, creating a backdoor national ID card. After weeks of activism directed towards them, senators knew the full scale of this horror but voted for it 100-0 anyway.

WASHINGTON, May 10 /U.S. Newswire/ -- House Judiciary Committee Chairman F. James Sensenbrenner, Jr. (R-Wis.), the author of the REAL ID Act (H.R. 418), issued the following statement following today's Senate passage of the supplemental appropriations conference report that included the REAL ID Act:

"The REAL ID is vital to preventing foreign terrorists from hiding in plain sight while conducting their operations and planning attacks. By targeting terrorist travel, the REAL ID will assist in our War on Terror efforts to disrupt terrorist operations and help secure our borders.

"I am grateful for the White House's strong support of this border security legislation. In addition, Senators Frist, McConnell, Santorum, Specter, Kyl, Sessions, Brownback, DeWine, and Cornyn were among those very helpful in shepherding this legislation through the Senate and I wish to thank them."

The truth is that REAL ID does nothing to protect the borders. However it does compliment and expedite everything towards creating a national as well as a Global ID card that is designed to enforce the Papal mark of the beast. It appears it won’t be long after this that we see some REAL constitutional shredding in Washington DC.

GLOBAL TAX ALMOST A REALITY

At the spring meeting of the IMF/World Bank in Washington, D. C. it was announced that a number of countries will be used to test a $1 tax on airline tickets. This global tax idea has been around for the last twenty years and is now back as a tax that would be relatively easy to put in place. Furthermore, an “International Financing Facility” for immunization will also be set up on a test basis. How could we be this far?

For those of you that have been getting my monthly Newsletters on a regular basis, how many times has this topic come up over the last few years? Are we surprised? No we aren’t because we have been warning people about this for quite some time now. When did I see the first red flag on this? Do you recall how at the first WTO meetings in New York how Clinton mentioned Jerusalem was to be the Capital of the world? For years this ministry has been alerting people regarding this inevitable movement. Am I a prophet? No I am not! Then how do I know this way before hand? Because it’s in the bible! It’s truly easy to see!

If people open a Bible and let the Bible define it’s prophetic symbols they will see what many of us see now. For example.. instruct them to do some research on prophecy using a Bible then have them read, Daniel 11:45 where it says, "And he shall plant the tabernacles of his palace between the seas in the glorious holy mountain; yet he shall come to his end, and none shall help him." This planting of his tabernacles is most assuredly a short lived event. If they want an idea of how short it will last, suggest they investigate all that Revelation 17:12 has to offer when they get time.

Do you also recall as to what this ministry believes is the reason so many desire the land of Jerusalem? Sure the Devil wants it for obvious reasons so as to mock the Lord in the very land He walked as well as come of “holy” and worthy of worship before the masses. But how does he get man to do his bidding? Well the easiest answer of all! MONEY!

When Jerusalem becomes the Capital of the World, as the

Vatican has so longed for as far back as the Crusades. Common sense tells us that the GLOBAL TAX they are “testing” will now run through that nation. Is the picture clearing up? Whoever owns or controls that land will literally become the richest and mot powerful king on the planet. Imagine how much money would funnel into that land when over 6 billion people are required by law to send taxes to it on an annual basis! It boggles the mind to the sum of that amount! I don’t think I can calculate such a number accurately!

For the last ten years I have followed the topic of global taxation. My journey began in September 1994 when I discovered the UN was going to “float” the idea of global tax at the Social Summit to be held in March 1995 in Copenhagen.

In 1994 the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) called for a “New World Social Charter” where the world will re-distribute wealth as it cannot survive one-quarter rich and three-quarters poor, and where the UN must become the principal custodian of global human security and help with basic education, healthcare, immunization, and family planning.” To meet these goals, they put forth the concept of global taxation. Their suggestions included: a tax on the sale of arms weapons, creating a Global Demilitarization Fund with the savings countries would experience if they reduced military spending by 3% over a ten year period; a global tax of $1 per barrel on oil consumption; a tax on speculative international currency transactions that has been dubbed the “Tobin tax”; and a world income tax of 0.1% on the richest nations with per capita GNP of $10,000. To help reduce the debt of the poorest countries of the world, a number of debt restructuring recommendations were made, including debt cancellation.

This “Global tax test” is most assuredly a harbinger of what’s to come. They aren’t testing it just to see if they can make it work. They are TELLING US they’re testing it so as to soften the blow as to why your being taxed for airline tickets at present. When the taxing goes off without a hitch, you will then see the oil tax, weapons tax, and then yes finally an income tax so as to ensure the powers that be get mind bogglingly rich by robbing the poor.

By the way… if ANYONE thinks they will actually funnel the income taxes to help the poorer nations, please please please… do you see them doing that NOW? Do you recall how the American government came up with the wonderful idea of using the Lottery to raise millions on a weekly basis for the school system. All that money was supposed to help the financially failing schools, especially in the inner cities. Literally millions PER WEEK mind you are coming into the lottery in every state in the union. Yet STILL the schools are closing, the teachers are going on strike, and the kids are not being taught sufficiently. The schools literally lie about the grade point averages to keep the mere pittance the Government hands out flowing so as to keep them barely alive each year. So I ask, who in their right mind thinks they’re going to use one thin dime to help the poor nations?

Prophecy is sure. What they’re planning is one of the most evil events in history. It’s called the enforcement of the mark of the beast!

To further verify that fact: Were you aware the powers that be are actually holding an ID WORLD International Conference and Exhibition at the Aurelia Convention Centre & Expo in Rome to see who can come up with the best technology that will allow for global control of each and every individual? Why Rome? Seriously… Do I need to answer that question?

On that site they have all the info needed on how to effectively exhibit your devices before the super rich clamoring for more methods to make money. They also have info on how to attend the convention. How to visit the convention for FREE, and yes, the Verichip people (digital angel) will be there. Will they be the ones chosen to create the worlds first automatic ID? Who knows, who cares. The only reason the verichip is so popular and talked about on so many false prophecy websites is merely an advertising campaign to hopefully win the contract to globally manufacture them. As many of you read know, the mark of the beast is NOT a chip under the skin.

I ask… Why do so many people think the digital angel chip is the mark? It’s simple, they don’t understand prophecy. They also think the advertisements of the digital angel prove it’s going to happen in that way. Satan set this stage long ago on this one! They fail to realize that all this talk of the verichip in the media is simply digital angel’s attempt at becoming the creator of the auto ID that is to be placed globally. Free advertising works! All they need to do is keep people talking about it in the media. They need to create the scuttlebutt on it, and yes, they even have to create negative gossip so as to keep it before the eyes of those that make the decisions regarding their choice for global manufacturing. It’s a global advertising campaign! Nothing more, nothing less.

Why so much concentration on advertising it you ask? It’s really rather simple to see why. It’s all about MONEY again! Think about it! It’s really childishly easy to spot this one. Whoever gets the contract to manufacture the global ID will become the world’s richest manufacturer! Every single solitary soul on the face of this earth will be forced by law to have one! That’s over 6 BILLION sales guaranteed on day one! Imagine the stock prices on DAY TWO of this manufacturer. Anyone with even a few thousands in stock in the company chosen will no doubt become millionaires over night!

By the way, using law to sell (force) products on the masses works well. Take for example the car insurance agencies of today. Before it was required by law to have car insurance, you had a few companies clamoring for the occasional sale. I know, I used to sell the stuff years ago. You had to literally go door to door to sell this stuff. It was one of the most difficult sales in the industry. After it became law, you then saw hundreds of companies popping up all over the place literally making millions within days by merely answering the telephone calls of all those citizens forced into purchasing their product!

For those interested, I went to the ID WORLD website to get some info on this Global ID convention and this is what I found…

They talk of everything from networking ideas to passing out awards for those companies trail blazing the concept forward. I thought this next excerpt was a fair method of explaining what they are seeking to do at this global convention in Rome…

Now do you see why our borders are becoming so lackadaisical lately? For some strange reason we are seeing more and more immigrants gaining access to jobs in our country as well as financial aid via the government agencies then ever before. The powers that be are allowing for all sorts of problems to infiltrate this fair land of ours so that when these global ID cards, and Electronic passports are ready for distribution the people will beg for them as a way to slow down on the obvious problems associated with open borders.

Also keep in mind that “some” of the so called Anti-Government websites and radio broadcasters will be pushing the need for this ID card in an offhand way as well. They are already shouting about the borders and the illegal immigrants as we speak. Now I am not saying that all of them are directly helping the government to create a mindset in the American people that entreat the need for the ID cards. But I can’t help seeing that some of them are in fact being manipulated into reporting on certain topics so as to assure an easier transition into the Global ID scenario. And yes, some are doing so innocently. That’s right, the devil is one crafty little demon. He uses all those that give him permission to be in their lives.

Fact is, this is no different then the end result generated by the so called terrorist attacks of 911. I’ll admit it’s coming off a bit more peaceful in its approach, but just as disturbing in its ability to fashion the need for more controlling laws nonetheless. Without government fabricated events such as these, none of these ID’s and strange laws would be coming to fruition. Is it not written in prophecy that, "...the beast should both speak, and cause that as many as would not worship the image of the beast should be killed. " (Rev 13:15) Are you aware that in prophecy SPEAK = legislation and CAUSE = the laws? The Bible is that accurate people! It’s no wonder so many refuse to read it. The enemy wants them BLIND to the wide open ditch they are tumbling into! Tell them, READ YOUR BIBLES! It’s in there!

Like the National ID that has been passed and approved for May of 2008 in the

USA, this electronic passport can stop you dead in your tracks at the flick of a switch! They can’t do that quite effectively with today’s ID cards or drivers licenses, and most assuredly the archaic passports in use at present. They need them to be “machine readable” in such a way that no matter what country you’re in they can have complete access to your personal data instantly. They need to be able to simply “swipe” the card and immediately they know all about you.

Imagine you’re in a foreign land on your way home to loved ones and the

Vatican’s Global mandate of Sunday laws goes into effect. If you don’t agree with them you will find yourself trapped in a strange land far from your loved ones without any hope of getting home until Christ literally returns! If you attempt to approach them to get home you will end up in jail without bail, without a lawyer, or even a charge against you. It’s then the REAL Christian realizes just how close their walk with the Lord is. Tests like this will be very difficult for some, and at the same time a joy for others.

Lastly… You can not enforce the mark of the beast without a global government, a national / global ID, or a uniform electronic passport. This is not something that may happen, it is something that WILL happen whether you’re ready for it or not! The prophecy is sure! Those of us that study prophecy knew this day was coming for years. And now that we see HOW they are planning to enforce the mark, it makes it that much easier for us to evangelize the masses.

The reason the "I" = 1 in one definition and 10 in another is because using the method of Ghemitra (ancient method of placing numeric values on letters) Latin gives a value of 1 for the letter "I" and Greek gives a value of 10 for the sdame letter. Each name on that page has an annoucement as to whether it's Greek or Latin in origin.

Reason being is those MP3's were formatted using a lesser software product. They work fine outside the FLASH player as I have a different player programmed specifically for them on their respective page.
