One of the blessings of being a Christian is that when you see certain signs, it doesn't upset you or even make you fearful. It does however move you to do more for the Lord in the way of sharing the present truth with as many as have ears to hear. Again, this is not done to frighten them, but to make them aware of the urgency of the times we live in. In so doing it always causes the Christian to seek out a closer walk with Christ so as to be ready for whatever He calls them to do in these trying times. Studying prophecy can be an adventure that never fails to excite the eternal soul. Daily as you learn of His Truth for today, you begin to see more and more of His prophecies coming to fruition right before your eyes. Where most people fail to see the danger they are in, the Christian is blessed with advanced warning so as to prepare their souls as well as their house for the return of Christ. This is why Jesus will not come as a thief to the believer, they can understand prophecy and will be ready for Him when He arrives. This is why Paul said, "But ye, brethren, are not in darkness, that that day should overtake you as a thief." -1 Thessalonians 5:4 All too often preachers will preach the two verses preceding that verse and then stop dead in their tracks. Reason being, if they speak the verse I just shared, their flock will want to know how is it some Christians won't be caught off guard when Jesus returns. But the preacher doesn't study or understand prophecy enough to help them, so he simply avoids that verse to prevent the embarassing questions. In this week's Truth Provided Newsletter I want to share a few bits and pieces of prophetic events we as Christians have come to expect for today. I feel it is necessary from time to time to reflect on such things, or re-study such prophecies so as to shine the light of Truth on current events in a way that dissipates the clouds of confusion so often sent by preachers of fear or complacency. When the child of God sees their Lord's prophecy coming true before their eyes, their hope grows knowing He keeps Him promises. They know His return is absolute, so the prophetic fulfillments move them to... "Prepare ye the way of the Lord, make his paths straight." -Matthew 3:3 There are so many prophecies that have already been fulfilled in our day that I simply won't have the space to place them all in one Newsletter. However, I have covered all of these prophecies on the site in numerous areas for those seeking such information. One of the first prophecies I want to touch on has to do with the mentality of most people in the world today. Some prophecies are so blunt, people have a tendency to figure them to be something that was naturally bound to happen. One such fulfillment has to be with the way so many people have stopped believing in the prophetic fact that Jesus is coming back.
Absolutely every single Christian I know has had to deal with the scoffer more then a few times in just the last few weeks alone. It's a normal fact of life for the evangelist. Strangely enough, many of the scoffers are " professed" Christians. They believe Jesus is coming back, yes. But they just don't believe it will happen for hundreds of years. Why? It has to do with the schools that teach their pastors and preachers. These false teachers have infected the minds of millions. And we all know how fast word of mouth travels. A large portion of the scoffers are cultivated by their friends and associates that echo the false teachers they trust on the pulpit. What's even more amazing is, we were not only warned of this in Christian prophecy, we had confirmation as to how this mindset was to be cultivated as recent as just a few decades ago in the 1970's.
Only 2% of the students believe in the second coming. That means 98% don't believe He's returning as He promised. Again, this was back in the 1970's! These students are your pastors and priests TODAY! This is why you never hear sermons on prophecy in most of the churches. The ones that do preach it, preach personal opinions and conjecture from the pulpits which proves they don't believe 2Peter 1:20's warning as truth. They are so blind they use words like "possibly, perhaps, could be, and maybe" when preaching these sermons. I have to ask, how can someone teach something they don't understand themselves? Yet, people flock to these churches whenever the preacher has "the ability" to make his guesswork appear appealing. This leads to more scoffers because NONE of these preachers are correct in their assumptions. So the prophecies they claim to predict never come to light and this makes Christianity look even worse. Hence, even more scoffers are cultivated. And yes, this was all part of Satan's plan! To give you an idea of how strange this can get, I was actually a member of a church many years ago in my early walk wherein the pastor said, and I quote, "We don't need to read the book of Revelation because we won't be here for those events listed in the book." What most scoffers and false preachers fail to realize is that the book is called a "REVELATION" is it not? That book has revealed a lot more then most preachers realize! Biblical truth is, we will be here for the days laid out in that book. In fact, I've personally outlined and compiled each and every prophecy that speaks of the so called "Secret Rapture" online so as to alert people of certain Bible verses about the second coming that 99.9% of all preachers refuse to share. You can read it by clicking here. What most secret rapture theorists fail to mention is that a large portion of the prophecies they say happen "after they're raptured," have already been documented fulfilled! Yet, they're still here! They continue to preach the lie with a few slight changes to safe face so as to continue the confusion. Check out a few of the older books of these so called "secret rapture" preachers of a few years back, and see for yourself. If they were right, why are they still here!? Another prophecy attached to the so called "secret rapture" has to do with a seven year tribulation period that they also claim happens after they leave. This is why that one pastor told us never to read Revelation. He believed we would all be secretly raptured to Heaven just before those seven years hit. This strange twist on a prophecy of Daniel deals with a seven year period of time wherein some preach the people on earth have great tribulations to deal with because of the prophecied "working of Satan" causing terror on billions after the secret rapture takes place. One of my favorite passages out of the dozens that proves all people, Christian and non-Christian alike, will still be here for this time has to be the following...
Here we see the Word stating that Jesus arrives to take His people home to Heaven directly AFTER the "working of Satan." This is a passage you will never see proclaimed on pulpits that preach the pre-tribulation secret Rapture. If they were to use this verse it would prove them false teachers. Or at the very least, generate a bevy of embarrassing questions from their congregations as to why other sermons contradicted that passage. All across Christendom it is proclaimed that Christians leave before the "signs and lying wonders" of Satan occur. But here it is plainly written the Lord Jesus is coming after the working of Satan. The seven year, or secret rapture doctrine is found absolutely nowhere in the Scriptures. They first appeared in the notes of the "Scofield Reference Bible" of 1910. The "notes" are not Scripture! However, millions use them as such. Praise the Lord the faithful student of prophecy that allows the bible to define each and every prophetic symbol will always declare the Truth, and in so doing expose the wolf in sheep's clothing that is offending the little ones. Furthermore, imagine just what this seven year tribulation period would entail if in fact it were true. This would literally mean seven years of parties for all the sinners that were "lucky enough" to be left behind on the Earth! Think of it. No Christians are on the planet telling them to straighten up and fly right. No one is warning them of their evil ways. No one is praying for them to be saved. Worse yet, this would mean the wicked souls left behind would now know the exact day and hour of Jesus' return. All they need do is calculate seven years forward from the day millions of Christians supposedly vanished in the secret rapture and they would know the exact date of the second coming! Yet, the Bible clearly says...
This is why false prophets and teachers are so dangerous. When they add their assumptions and opinions to prophecy without allowing the bible to define them first, lies are filtered into the mix. Truth cannot support falsehood, so lies will eventually surface down the line. But it always seems to happen when it's too late for the soul in question. That's why standing firm and only embracing Truth is such a blessing. False doctrines will always lead to a lie. That is the fruit of Babylon. So how does Scripture teach doctrine?
In other words, the Bible defines, explains, and teaches the student by using a multitude of Scriptures that back up the other Scriptures. This is how Jesus taught if you recall. He always allowed the Scripture to define the Scripture. You cannot build a doctrine on one verse. False doctrine is easy to expose by simply doing as the Bereans did. Another prophecy we can see clearly fulfilled in our day has to be the widespread immorality and decline of people seeking God and His Truth. Thanks to the scoffers previously prophecied, many have given up on faith in God. Some figure that since so many are speaking out against faith, especially in the area of prophecy, they feel no need to believe in any God. Some attribute all the wars to religion and rightly so. Thanks to the Vatican starting every war in modern times for the sole purpose of creating a global rule base in their temple, many have denied God because they see how much grief religion brings. What chance to some people have? Everywhere they turn someone is scoffing faith by using somewhat believable arguments based on real life experiences. They continue to give the liars their ear instead of giving Christ their heart. So, naturally they are going to become hateful people devoid of faith in God.
Remember the term from the late 60's early 70's? "If it feels good, do it!" We have a society that is truly based on what our leaders acknowledge as being right or wrong. Whether those leaders be television producers, or government agents, if they have an air of authority, and if we allow them to lead us by the nose, they are trusted as infallible for some reason. When our government decides that something the Bible says is sin, is now become perfectly ok, we look to our religious leaders to open their eyes to the error. When our religious leaders clam up, some that are lead as sheep to the slaughter feel if their pastors don't complain, it must be ok. Look at the issue of abortion for example. Our government says it's ok to kill our babies, our Bible says "Thou shalt not kill." Where were our religious leaders when this decision to kill our babies was being discussed? Some spoke out, yes. But the majority kept quite. Had all the preachers spoke out, one can trust it would still be illegal today for a woman to kill her unborn child. Of course, it's not only the issue of abortion. Ezekiel saw our day clearly! Our cities are truly "full of bloody crimes, and the city is full of violence." (Ezekiel 7:23) They found only bits and pieces of those killed on 2001. Their bodies were pulverised into all the dust that blanketed that city for months. When big government commits such crimes, it makes some wonder if there is any hope. Hence, even more scoffers are cultivated. This of course goes without mentioning the gang wars and other bloody crimes all cities deal with day by day. I would also like to touch on the fact that Timothy prophecied, "...in the last days... men shall be... lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God." The constant barrage of the flesh in places of business and even so called churches like the Vatican generate such desires from deep within. This is why the Word says plainly not even to go near the harlot's door. Many men are dragged down by sins of the flesh and this is why it has become normal even in Christian churches for women to dress provocatively. No, I am not one that demands all women wear dresses and veils. There is an obvious difference between the sexes for clothing in today's culture. But I am one that understands what is generated in the minds of men when they see women in tight and revealing clothing. Satan knows this is a "pleasure" for most men, and this is why so many allow Satan such a foothold here. But it doesn't end there. There are other pleasures that can draw the soul away. Another example is a comparably small portion of people the world over attend church every week. But if you look at the resorts, theaters, playgrounds, shopping malls or casinos you will see the worlds new choice for their attendance dedication. Such places are jammed pack to the gills every single day of the week across the globe, especially on weekends. Mankind truly has degenerated to becoming "lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God" Ask any grandparent, or read a history book about the worldwide love affair between God and His people of the not so distant past. Almost every nation on Earth was in church at least one day a week back a few short decades ago. Today, it's a far smaller number. Another truth is that most people were Bible readers back then. But today, it's not a common site. In fact, many are ridiculed when found to be Bible readers. Why is this? Besides the fact that prophecy predicted it. One can see a bevy of methods the devil used to bring it about. Case in point, the 3000 and 5000 member churches we see popping up all over the place. These are not churches at all. They are entertainment halls. Nothing more, nothing less. The preaching is designed to get people to dig in their pockets instead of their hearts. The music, skits, videos, and comedians are all designed to make them feel obligated to pay for the entertainment services rendered unto them. Church has become an amusement park rather then a source of Truth. This is also why so many are now seeking a "career" as pastors. No longer do they seek a "calling" to work for the Lord. It's now a "career" to generate massive wealth. It is absolutely impossible for a man to pastor a church of over 100 families as far as I can see. How does one pastor 3000 or 5000 souls effectively? After it has reached 75 families one would think the pastor would seek out a man in his church with the Holy Spirit to lead as pastor after starting another church across town. Is this not how the Gospel spreads most effectively? Yes, but the enemy of souls can't allow that. So he dangles the carrot of insane wealth in front of the pastor and the church grows beyond his ability to pastor it, but not beyond his ability to gain by it financially. This prophetic event lends itself to yet another wherein the Lord stated plainly in
The preachers of these massive churches know that if they preach the Gospel Truth their pews will empty. This threatens their livelihood or "career" so they refuse to preach such things. So they preach what the congregation wants to hear. He tickles their ears to keep the donations flowing. Some will shout boldly that they would never do this for the money! If this is true, explain why they sold out their pulpit years ago to government control for the money they saved in taxes when they signed on to the 501C3 which demands you must incorporate the church with the State in order to get the tax ID number. By the way, that's an exact duplicate of how the Vatican is structured. One can say it's an "image of the Beast" when the Protestant churches incorporate with the State. If you don't know if the preacher or pastor you trust has a 501C3, I implore that you to simply ask Him. Many will offer up admissions simply because they don't realize how wrong they are. Ask them if they have a 501C3 and you will find that many will gladly say yes because they think you ask to give a tax free donation. Try it! After you get their response, do some quick research on the 501C3 yourself. I suggest you pay close attention to the "Political activity" section of that page. All 501C3 churches are prohibited from speaking politically. In other words, if they preach prophecy, and happen to expose the Vatican as the prophecied beast, they can loose their tax free status and be financially destroyed by fines and excise taxes. Why? The Vatican is not just a church, it's a "political entity!" That is why the 501C3 was mainly set up long ago. By the way, those that feel it's not all about "entertainment" in these churches. Look online for the websites that share the methods on how to create these huge churches. They don't call the people leading in the church pastors of deacons. They're now called "religious professionals," which proves in terminology alone they are "career" minded people running these churches. You're no longer a brother or sister in Christ. You are a customer! You will also find they all teach the same things that have been tried and tested that best brings in the donation pumping congregants. Entertainment fills the pews, and there is money in each pocket sitting in those pews! When it comes to worship.. well, I'll just let them share their thoughts on this...
Where in that statement do you hear the word Gospel? Scripture? Jesus? Truth? They are more concerned about "how" the worship services go then what's being preached. Just like the laundry detergent commercials it's all about "new and improved" methods of worship that fills the pews! They are selling a product in these churches. What's worse, many of these large churches actually copyright their worship services and will sue you if you use their methods without permission. This is no different then Coca Cola "protecting" their recipe from spys at Pepsi. They want exclusive rights to their methods of money making! They even have "pastor tested comedians" for churches now! It's insane what people call church now-a-days! Another example of satanic distraction has to deal with the way the Bible has been ignored. The Prophet Amos saw this day so clearly! (See Amos 8:11) The Bible used to be the most exciting book to read on Earth. The stories were awesome displays of Truth and wonder that proved the Lord God a God worthy of love and worship. The Christian mind was allowed to be brought into an area the Lord planned for them so that He could be glorified and the child of God would be blessed in life. But with the arrival of Hollywood films, Novels, and theaters, their stories are tuned only to glorify man to the point people are lured to forget their God. These stories have become mind boggling displays of special effects, slow motion, spectacular visions and heart wrenching plots. They also steer the people into pretending it's them performing the wondrous acts. Flesh is so glorified that God is completely removed from the equation! After years of watching this eye candy the mind becomes so conditioned that it craves the wondrous displays of technology melded with wicked story telling to keep it's attention. This way, when the person is introduced to God's Word, it not only becomes hard to comprehend, it appears boring to them. It used to be the Bible was the most exciting book on earth. It has now become boring for many. Some have literally been brainwashed. I recall when I was a young man everyone I knew was in church each week. Now, almost everyone I meet avoids it like the plague. And those that do attend church, only do so where the churches provide the loud music, skits, and preachers that act more like comedians then men of God. There are even some theme churches wherein everyone dressed up like cowboys and cowgirls! Even the pastors and deacons do this each week! There is a church like this not more then 20 minutes from me. The people attend only because it's fun and exciting to do so. It's not like they're going to church anymore. It's more like a Broadway show to them or a new family night out. Just like Hollywood has been able to make the exciting stories in the Word seem boring, these ordained "entertainers" make true worship appear boring, somber, tedious, and grievous. So they step it up with loud guitars, drums, unChristlike music, skits, magicians, comedians, videos, and costumes. Of course this doesn't work on all of people of the World. Truth is, the elect can not be deceived by all this bedlam, because we generally steer clear of such places of ill repute. Billions of dollars are spent every year on methods to entertain us, but much less in comparison is given to God in the form of tithing and love offerings. I remember as a child a certain thrill placing a coin in the collection basket that came by. Today I see the same thrill filled eyes in a child dropping a coin in the pornographically decorated video games in the arcades of our shopping centers. This prophecy can also be easily considered fulfilled merely by the billions of hours pleasure hungry people spend in front of their television sets every week. I don't even want to get into the negative aspects of what some people consider pleasure. But we all know it's a triple X fact of today's world. There are sections of downtown Chicago for example that you can't walk down without having a strip club salesman trying to coax you into his theater with the most vulgar flyers you ever laid eyes on. I know! I worked in Chicago's Loop for four years when I was a young man. Most people will tell you they don't even need to walk in the theaters to be "satisfied." The posters in the windows are quite sufficient to generate the satisfactory sinful sensations in their hearts. It's really that bad. And that was back in the late 70's early 80's that I saw all that. The downfall to all this is how far the craze for pleasure can go for some. No I am not talking about the ever present drug and alcohol problem we all know about all too well. Sad to say, that too is a sad fact of life today. I'm talking about what lengths some people will actually go to satisfy their every whim when it comes to the flesh. There are billions of sad stories, but to save you the grief, I will only share one that's always bothered me whenever I read it.
Can you imagine being that crazed for pleasure that you would kill? To be that crazed that you would actually try to kill your very own son to guarantee your pleasure will not be taken from you. This cannot be explained in any other way than to say... that man was possessed, period! Now I understand this is something that happens each hour of the day around the world. Well, at least that's how some people just thought in their minds when they read the article. That said.. is that normal? No! Not at all. But the craze for pleasure has gotten so out of hand that stories like this have become the norm in today's world! Jesus was so amazingly accurate when He said it will be like in the days of Noah and Lot when He returns. (See Luke 17:26-30)
Have you had time recently to ask the question, "How is it with my soul?" With all the prophetic events occurring each and every day around you. Do we have time to put this on the back burner? Prophecies are being fulfilled right before our eyes, yet many of us just turn the channel on the TV to help us find something to help us forget about all this. As some of you may have already guessed, this Newsletter was nothing more then a gentle way to get some interested in learning more about what's actually happening in today's world. So... why not check a few pages from the site when you get time. I pray it will help you get a little better idea of just how close we really are to His glorious return... These are just a very few of the prophetic facts we see happening right now. I could literally list thousands of pages of facts on this. In fact, that is what the thousands of pages on this website are actually dedicated to do. The above pages just happen to be a few of the more blunt ones. Ask yourself... If there is so much proof that Christian prophecy is the only source of 100% accurate prophecy known to man, and there are so many prophecies concerning the end of time proven fulfilled already. I have to ask. What are all the people waiting for? Jesus? If they are waiting for Him to split the Eastern sky before getting themselves ready to meet Him, it will be too late. They will have already received the mark of the beast and marked for Hellfire. Only those that are ready before the plagues begin will be blessed with eternal life. Truth is, He comes at the end of the plagues, and probation on man ends at the start of the plagues. In other words.. if you're not a Christian when the plagues begin, you will never be one.
When the Lord says, "He that is unjust, let him be unjust still: and he which is filthy, let him be filthy still: and he that is righteous, let him be righteous still: and he that is holy, let him be holy still." That is my cue to stop preaching. For whomever is sinful when "the time is at hand" they will remain that way until it all ends. Preaching to people about His soon arrival won't help any of the lost because they have already been given up to remain "unjust and filthy" when He returns. He gave them every chance to get ready. They ignored them all. The plagues are a judgment on those that scoff His salvation and His coming. His coming is only a reward for those that trusted Him. Are you ready? Are you sure?
