Greetings everyone in the last hour of Earths history. I pray you are truly blessed in Jesus so much more now that the signs are evident that He is soon in coming. As many of you already know this ministry has been preaching for many years that the Vatican has been making plans to literally take over the World as their proverbial oyster. Prophecy declares that this is indeed the desire of Antichrist. How else will the Mark of the Beast be enforced unless a Global Government is realized? The Vatican MUST have Global dominance for this to occur! And as we have seen over the last few years, especially in the last few months this is definitely a reality coming to be in OUR lifetime.

Can we stop such an event as this? NO! And why not? It is the Lord's will that His prophecy be fulfilled with 100% accuracy, otherwise He will come off as a lesser God. "STATE OF THE WORLD FORUM" TO ADVANCE "GLOBAL GOVERNANCE" FOR EVERYONE

* International leaders from government, business and civil society will meet in New York for seven days in September to muse about mankind and his future. Founded in 1995 by former Soviet Communist leader Mikhail Gorbachev, the "State of the World Forum" meets regularly to advance a bundle of mostly far left ideas.

* Three main principles drive the State of the World Forum; "ecological sustainability" as opposed to the "generation of wealth," "global governance" rather than "national sovereignty," and "compassionate society" as opposed to the "global flow of capital."

* The seven-day meeting beginning in New York on September 4 is intended to coincide with a number of other important conferences attached to the United Nations. The UN will convene a Millennium Summit of up to 150 heads of state and the World Peace Summit of religious and spiritual leaders meets just before the Forum begins.

* This State of the World Forum will address "Shaping Globalization: Convening the Community of Stakeholders." Forum organizers contend the violent riots that occurred during the last meeting of the World Trade Organization in Seattle last December highlighted "the inadequacies of the current system of global governance." This session of the State of the World Forum is being pitched as a "global town meeting in which the private sector and civil society can come together for substantive dialogue with selected heads of state." Speakers include Earth Council Institute Chairman Maurice Strong, UN Population Fund Executive Director Nafis Sadik, and Haitian President Jean Bertand-Aristide.

* The Forum will feature major sessions on business, children, education, sustainable development, globalization, global governance, global security, health, science and spirituality, and social development. While the Forum is viewed as a democratic meeting, it is unlikely that most people will have ever heard of the terms "global governance" and "sustainable development." It is also unlikely that most people have ever heard of those from civil society who will represent them at these meetings. At some point it is likely that large new programs and new laws will evolve from the State of the World Forum and other such bodies.

Rather BLUNT eh? Did you think such meetings as this would occur IN YOUR LIFETIME? Many will say NO, as a prophetic chill runs down their spine! Many walking this Earth truly believe that the Second Coming of Jesus is far into the future. They don't believe all these "prophetic events" are just that, PROPHETIC EVENTS. Some actually settle the excitement from within when peering upon such obvious facts with clichés like, "History repeats itself" and think that this is just something that will likely occur again. Well the fact of the matter is, yes, history does have a tendency to "appear" to repeat. But if you research the prophecies of the Bible you will see that the majority of these prophecies are DATED. That's right. the Lord blesses us with beginning and ending "signs" to watch for that will herald the "beginning and ending" of particular prophecies. Daniel's 2300 year prophecy in chapter 8 is one of the most graphic examples of this. So, how can History repeat itself, when the prophecy states that IN A CERTAIN YEAR this event, or that even will occur? Fact is, it's THAT EASY to successfully thwart comments of that nature. As for those that insist Jesus isn't coming back because they have heard people saying He is coming back all their lives. Share with them the truth about this merciful God of Creation. Tell them of the 120 YEARS Noah preached unto those that refused to listen. Let them know that it is the very character of the Almighty to give us ample time to drag our feet and make the decision to trust in Him as our Lord. And then share with them this passage, and let them know their very denial of this prophetic fact is proof of the 100% accuracy of the Almighty that IS returning...

2 Peter 3:3-4, "Knowing this first, that there shall come in the last days scoffers, walking after their own lusts, And saying, Where is the promise of his coming? for since the fathers fell asleep, all things continue as they were from the beginning of the creation."

2 Peter 3:5-9, "For this they willingly are ignorant of, that by the word of God the heavens were of old, and the earth standing out of the water and in the water: Whereby the world that then was, being overflowed with water, perished: But the heavens and the earth, which are now, by the same word are kept in store, reserved unto fire against the day of judgment and perdition of ungodly men. But, beloved, be not ignorant of this one thing, that one day is with the Lord as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day. The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance."

The Almighty is just allowing for all those that will believe, do finally believe. Plus, there are numerous prophecies that needed to be fulfilled BEFORE His return that allowed for "many years" to pass during their fulfillment. By the way... One more point in regards to this article. Did you notice this line in the above article...? "Forum organizers contend the violent riots that occurred during the last meeting of the World Trade Organization in Seattle last December highlighted "the inadequacies of the current system of global governance." There is VIDEO TAPE evidence that this "riot" was pre-planned by the US Government my friends. Check out this video tape if you can...

Notice in the video the "protected punks" in black that had a pre-planned "safe house" before and after the riot. Then notice how the Police "waited" for the "men in black" to finish their mission. The police actually waited to come in and begin arresting people for quite a while! They stood there doing nothing as blatant crimes were being committed right in front of them by those "men in black." And also notice NONE of those "punks" in black were arrested. Why? They scurried off to the safe house BEFORE the police were given the "ok" to move in. Many couldn't understand why that was going on during and after the riot. Many couldn't understand why the Government would disrupt a peaceful protest and turn it into a bonafide riot. Many couldn't believe the Government would actually allow the destruction of businesses and the burning of police cars by those "men in black." Even after this video, some still thought "Why? What have they got to gain?" Well, the video does touch on it. It has to do with a "suspension of the constitution" that occurred at the riot and was also CAUGHT ON THE VIDEO. This suspension of the constitution was also caught on the video being discussed at an actual highly televised Government Trial.

The Governments of the World need to "ok" their global agenda in the eyes of the masses. They need to con the people into thinking we need to change our governing abilities to stop us American citizens as well as all citizens in all countries from doing what happened at the World Trade Organization meeting. They need to get all of us to "go with the flow" so as to ensure the arrival of a ONE WORLD GOVERNMENT that can "better" protect the people. Prophetically speaking...Why do they need a one world government?

Revelation 13:16, "And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads:"

The Beast in the Vatican needs a Global Government in order to ensure that he has that ability Scriptures speak of that gives him that opportunity to force his will on ALL mankind.

World government by September?

Are you ready for world government? Are you willing to cede national sovereignty to the United Nations? Are you prepared to become a citizen of the world and give up your individual rights as guaranteed by the U.S. Constitution? For most of you, I suspect the answer to all of these questions is a resounding "NO!" But it's time for the questions to be asked -- past time, really. The reason? The U.N. is planning a conference -- a "Millennium Summit" -- next month, coinciding with the 55th session of the General Assembly, that will either set the world on an inevitable march toward global government or raise enough questions to wake up Americans to the looming threat.

Here's a little of what's on the agenda:

* the final formulation and implementation of an International Criminal Court, making the U.S. and other national judicial systems subservient to international law;

* creating a global tax system, including levees on airline tickets, shipping and international commerce, to provide the U.N. with an additional and independent source of revenue;

* the creation of a U.N. standing army dubbed a "Rapid Reaction Force."

* establishment of international gun-control regulations;

* the cancellation of Third World debt;

* nuclear disarmament;

* the creation of a new international welfare system to redistribute wealth from rich countries to poor;

* the redefinition of human rights;

* promotion of a global agenda for "sustainable development" -- meaning further diminishment of the concept of property rights;

* backing of special rights and considerations for homosexuals and others based on sexual proclivities and behaviors;

* a proposal for a "companion flag" for all humanity to be flown with national flags;

The Millennium Summit promises to be the largest-ever gathering of heads of state or government in history. Yet there has been precious little in the way of news coverage. I wonder why. You would think every news organization in the world would be reporting on a conference with such an ambitious agenda and involving so many world leaders. Instead, I think you will find that WorldNetDaily.com is about the only news organization in
the world that has given any significant coverage to this event.

...Since the creation of the U.N. 50 years ago, the globalization process has been advancing steadily, albeit sometimes slowly. It's possible, I believe, that the Millennium Summit could provide a jumpstart to this evil and dangerous trend.

...Rep. Ron Paul has introduced legislation to withdraw the U.S. from the U.N. So far only 56 members have sponsored the bill. I believe a concerted e-mail campaign by WorldNetDaily readers could easily double the number of co-sponsors.

If the U.N. wants the spotlight, let's give it to them.

The problem with that way of thinking Mr. Rep. Ron Paul, is prophecy declares that the lamb horned beast (USA) will indeed play a crucial role in end time events. Stopping it is not an option. Trying to keep it out of the UN, or trying to keep it in the UN isn't yours or any mans calling. Biblical fact is... "..if it be of God, ye cannot overthrow it; lest haply ye be found even to fight against God." (-Acts 5:39) If the reporter of World Net daily, or Rep. Ron Paul believe they can thwart that which is written, they have a rude awakening soon to come upon them. Altering the "players" in the game at this stage will not stop what has already been prophesied. Nor will it stop their desires for...

If the USA withdrew from the UN it would still be the most powerful nation on Earth, and still very capable of performing as the Beast in the Vatican requires of it. In other words, what is about to happen next is only as prophecy states WILL happen. Not even our own heartfelt prayers can stop that which was penned long ago. IT MUST occur as the Almighty declared it! Just as the mark of the Beast MUST be enforced, and the Lord Jesus MUST return. Maranatha!

Will the Vatican play a major role in this Global Government? (Did you read those Newsletters I posted above?:) Fact is, it's all simply a "REPEAT OF HISTORY" eh? The Demon controlled Roman Catholic Government wants to be a Pagan Global power once again. Will it use the vast resources at its disposal that can be found in the USA to do that which the Lord has prophesied the Beast will do? COUNT on it! For it IS plainly written...

Revelation 13:11, "And I beheld another beast coming up out of the earth; and he had two horns like a lamb, and he spake as a dragon."

As prophesied, the USA was to begin as a good (lamb) nation around the time the Vatican was "wounded." The Vatican was "prophetically wounded" in 1798...

"In 1798 General Berthier made his entrance into Rome, abolished the papal government, and established a secular one." -Encyclopedia Britannica 1941 edition

And as we know the USA began as "a lamb" seeking religious freedom FROM Rome in 1776. The USA did in fact start out "like a lamb," and as we can plainly see, is already showing signs of "speaking as a dragon" in these last hours. In fact, Rome has already conquered the USA. It is rather evident in many laws that have been passed over the years, especially the latest in regards to "vouchers" for the Catholic schools funded by the Federal Government. They will use EVERY trick in the book to get their hooks in the Government. Does it work...?

"In the fourth and fifth centuries, Sunday shows and Sunday theaters, it was complained, hindered the “devotion of the faithful,” because many of the members attended them in preference to the church services. The church, therefore, demanded that the state interfere, and promote Sunday observance by law. “In this way, ” Says Neander “the church received help from the state for the furtherance of her ends.” This union of church and state served to establish the Papacy in power. A similar course pursued now will produce the same results." -AUGUSTUS NEANDER, General History of the Christian Religion and the Church, Torey translation (3rd American ed.), vol. 2, pp. 300,301

With the majority of the Congress AND the Senate proclaiming Catholicism as their chosen faith. Is it any wonder this prophetic reality is already upon us? Well rest assured. there is yet another prophecy regarding this Beast within the Roman Church...

Revelation 18:9,15,19, "And the kings of the earth, who have committed fornication and lived deliciously with her, shall bewail her, and lament for her, when they shall see the smoke of her burning, The merchants of these things, which were made rich by her, shall stand afar off for the fear of her torment, weeping and wailing, And they cast dust on their heads, and cried, weeping and wailing, saying, Alas, alas, that great city, wherein were made rich all that had ships in the sea by reason of her costliness! for in one hour is she made desolate."

I wholeheartedly embrace the approach C. Mervyn Maxwell expounds upon this passage...

"The merchants and seafarers lament the destruction of such vast stores of merchandise, because they “gained wealth from her” and “grew rich by her wealth.” Verses 15, 19. (In poetic material like this,
the long warehouse inventory, adapted from Old Testament language, should be taken as a unit, signifying commercial advantages.) Not one king, merchant, or seafarer has anything to say about her crimes and demons or about the “blood of prophets and of saints, and of all who have been slain on earth.” Verse 24. Perhaps of greatest interest to us are the seafarers’ bitter words in verse 20:

Rejoice over her, 0 heaven,
0 saints and apostles and prophets,
for God has given judgment for you against her!

The translation obscures the full meaning of the last line. A literal translation says, "God has judged her judgment against you.” The meaning is that Babylon for centuries has falsely condemned God’s saints, apostles, and prophets. She has excommunicated the saints and turned them over to the state for execution.
She has borne false witness against the prophets and apostles, forbidding common people to read the Bible, and holding opinions of theologians and church councils as more authoritative than the Scriptures. She has judged and falsely condemned saints and apostles and prophets.

But in 1844 commenced the first, pre-advent, phase of the final judgment. Babylon—the “little horn” of Daniel 7. the “man of lawlessness” of 2 Thessalonians 2—and the true saints as well, all who in every age have claimed to worship God, have by the time of this announcement in John’s vision been investigated. And where Babylon has been found to have wrongfully condemned the saints, apostles, and prophets, God has judged the judgment oppressive, condemned the condemnation, and ruled against the oppressor in favor of the oppressed. The sentence which the false witnesses imposed on God’s people, God now imposes on the false witnesses." -GOD CARES 2 THE FALL OF BABYLON page 466

It is no small wonder that, "Not one king, merchant, or seafarer has anything to say about her crimes and demons or about the “blood of prophets and of saints, and of all who have been slain on earth.” It's simply because to speak out against the Vatican meant certain death or certain financial ruin for those that rely on her financial benedictions. It certainly is a sad state of affairs when those that lead the people, choose to allow the people to be lead to certain destruction only because of their bloodlust for great wealth and power! It certainly makes it far easier to understand why the plagues fall as they do doesn't it? One can see plainly that the plague of the oceans and inland waters turning to blood are simply because, "...they have shed the blood of saints and prophets, and thou hast given them blood to drink; for they are worthy." - Revelation 16:6

On the eve of a last attempt by President Clinton to untangle the most vexing problem in the Middle East - the status of Jerusalem - one of Yasser Arafat's most trusted lieutenants said yesterday the Palestinians would be willing to make bold compromises on their claims to the holy city.

In a speech to the European parliament in Strasbourg, Ahmed Qureia said the Palestinians would support internationalizing all of Jerusalem - including Arab East Jerusalem, occupied illegially by Israel since 1967 - should the two sides fail to reach a final settlement in the crucial weeks ahead.

"Unless we can reach an agreement on Jerusalem, I have to declare that both parts of Jerusalem east and west should be a unified international Jerusalem... not just the capital of Israel or Palestine, but a capital of the world,"said Mr. Qureia, who is speaker of the Palestinian parliament.

The proposal revives a formula put forward by the UN in 1947 and since repeatedly rejected by Israel, and opposed by the Palestinians, through it still remains part of European foreign policy.

The UN Meeting is going on RIGHT NOW in new York City (Since 9-4-00) and this article comes out on 9-6-00? And IN this article we here these words from a "Mr. Qureia" who is speaker of the Palestinian parliament. "Unless we can reach an agreement on Jerusalem, I have to declare that both parts of Jerusalem east and west should be a unified international Jerusalem... not just the capital of Israel or Palestine, but a capital of the world" A CAPITAL OF THE WORLD? Me thinks the ONE WORLD GOVERNMENT agenda has already been discussed and realized eh? Me also thinks this article is just a harbinger of what they have ALREADY DECIDED at this meeting. Is the UN thinking of setting up shop permanently in the Holy Land? Is there any indicators in the media that Israel is now a place of great desire?

US unit told to ready for possible Israel move

WASHINGTON, Aug 31 (Reuters) - The United States, concerned Iraq could try to fire ballistic missiles at Israel, has alerted a U.S. Army Patriot antimissile battery in Germany to prepare for possible deployment to Israel, senior defence officials said on Thursday. The officials said they had no indications that Iraq intended to threaten Israel, but were getting ready in case Iraq tried to launch missiles at the Jewish state as part of any renewed campaign against Kurdish or Shiite groups in its territories. "We have told a battery to be on alert, to be on their toes -- a short tether -- for possible movement" to Israel, a senior defence official told Reuters. "We have not seen anything on the part of the Iraqis now that might threaten Israel, but historically at this time of year over the past five years, the Iraqis have made threats against the Kurds, the Shiites in Iraq," one official said. He noted that officials feared that some overt move by the Iraqis against the Kurds or Shiites could be accompanied by the launch of ballistic missiles against Israel.

How many years have we seen unrest between Iraq and Israel? How come all of a sudden it warrants a NUCLEAR DEPLOYMENT to Israel? Even though the officials admit in the article that there are "no indications that Iraq intended to threaten Israel?" It's because something's up folks! They need to protect their SOON TO ARRIVE interests in that region. Think about this as well. they only need an "excuse" to deploy nuclear arms to the area. Anyone can see that once deployed, they will become a permanent feature of the region.

But what's the real reason for all this UN activity?

UPDATE 2-Annan says no room for religious bigotry

UNITED NATIONS, Aug 29 (Reuters) - U.N. Secretary-General Kofi Annan told world religious leaders on Tuesday there was no room for bigotry and intolerance in the 21st century, saying they had not always spoken out forcefully against such evils. "Religion has often been yoked to nationalism, stoking the flames of violent conflict and setting group against group," Annan told the participants at a four-day religious conference gathered in the U.N. General Assembly chamber. "Religious leaders have not always spoken out when their voices could have helped combat hatred and persecution, or could have roused people from indifference," Annan said. Religion itself was not to blame, Annan added. "The problem is usually not with the faith, but with the faithful." More than 1,000 religious leaders opened their "Millennium World Peace Summit" on Monday. The event is organised by a coalition of nongovernmental religious groups, with coordinating help from the United Nations. Half the conference will be held at Manhattan"s Waldorf-Astoria hotel. Even before it started, the conference was overshadowed by the absence of the Dalai Lama, one of the world"s best-known spiritual leaders and 1989 Nobel Peace Prize winner. China put pressure on the United Nations and organisers to exclude the Dalai Lama from the U.N. compound because it views him as a political leader. The Dalai Lama declined a belated invitation to the summit"s closing ceremony at the Waldorf. China, which annexed Tibet in 1951 and has drawn recriminations for human rights abuses in the region, refuses to acknowledge the Dalai Lama, who fled into exile during a bloody 1959 uprising. "TIME TO GET RID OF HATRED" Media mogul Ted Turner, the honorary chairman of the meeting and a major financial supporter, told the gathering: (Hmmm now do you see why Ted donated the $1Billion over 10 years? POWER!) "The religions that have survived don"t have blood sacrifice, don"t have hatred behind them. The ones that have done the best are the ones that are built on love." "It"s time to get rid of hatred, time to get rid of prejudice, it"s time to have love and respect and tolerance for each other, care about each other, work together to survive. I can"t believe that God wants us to blow ourselves to kingdom come," he added. Pope John Paul II sent a message to the group, delivered by Cardinal Francis Arinze, president of the Pontifical Council on Interreligious Dialogue. "The problems facing humanity now are so large and complex that no single people or nation can solve them in isolation, nor can the building of peace be the work of politicians and diplomats alone," the pope"s message said. Bawa Jain, an Indian-born American who is serving as the general secretary of the event, said a major goal of the meeting was to create an advisory council to the secretary-general and to build "an interfaith ally" to work within the U.N. system. Jain asked the participants: "Are you willing to show to the United Nations that you are able to combat the major challenges of the world? Are you willing to commit your resources or your own adherents of your faith and help support the secretary-general in his effort to achieve peace in all its dimensions?" DALAI LAMA SENDS DELEGATION The Dalai Lama, speaking from his home in India, said he did not "want to create any embarrassment." But he told CNN in an interview he turned down a last-minute invitation, calling it "not smooth." Annan, who has said the United Nations had to abide by members" wishes, told reporters on Monday, "It would have been preferable if everyone were here." The Dalai Lama did send a high-level delegation to represent him at the gathering and to speak on forgiveness and reconciliation. The Chinese government sent a delegation of people representing Buddhism, Christianity, Islam and Taoism. The summit organisers are conducting open dialogues at the United Nations covering subjects such as "The Role of Religion in Conflict Transformation" and "Toward Forgiveness and Reconciliation." Closed-door sessions at the Waldorf will bring together religious leaders who have seen armed conflict between their faithful. They include leaders from the Balkans, the Middle East, Russia and Central Asia.

I thought this was a meeting of Government officials? It appears to be a Church meeting of all the religions of the world attending and giving suggestions on what to do next. Is it me, or does it appear that the old Biblical principal of keeping the Church and State separate is already a thing of the past?

CAIRO, Aug 29 (Reuters) - U.S. President Bill Clinton met Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak on Tuesday, saying they hoped to help the Israelis and Palestinians "get over this next big hump" and strike a peace deal by a September 13 deadline. "TIME IS SHORT," Clinton said and he and Mubarak sat down at Cairo airport to discuss the Middle East peace process. "We're going to work together to see if we can."

John Paul has got to be loving this activity! In fact, Cardinal Arinze is no doubt far more jubilant eh? he is slated as the "next potential Pope" isn't he?

Cold War Era Files May Hold the Key to Holocaust Lawsuit

A Freedom of Information Act lawsuit was filed Friday in San Francisco by California attorneys Jonathan Levy and Tom Easton against the Army and CIA. Easton and Levy are also pursuing a Holocaust era lawsuit against the Vatican Bank and Franciscan Order regarding the disappearance of the World War II Nazi Croatian treasury including gold, silver, and jewels plundered from concentration camp victims in Croatia and Bosnia, mainly Serbs, Jews, and Gypsies.

The lawyers are seeking the release of over 250 documents from the files of the Croatian Nazi war criminal and Catholic priest, Fr. Krunoslav Draganavic. Draganavic was one of the principal operators of the so-called Vatican "ratline" that smuggled Nazis and their loot to South America between 1945 and the late 1950’s. Beneficiaries of the ratline included Adolf Eichman, Klaus Barbie "the butcher of Lyons" and the notorious Croatian mass murderer Ante Pavelic as well as thousands of lesser known Nazis and collaborators.

While file releases on the ratline date from as early as the 1983 Barbie case, a core of documents remain withheld on grounds of "national security."
